After 2 hours, a full refund is available if production has not begun when we receive your request. Once production begins, voluntary cancellation is not guaranteed. Every item is made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size that does not fit, or personal preferences. If your item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help. Confirmed store errors and defects are resolved at our expense, as appropriate.
