Production & Delivery

Production: 1–5 business days once your design is ready. If you choose “Yes, send me a mockup” with Manual Personalization, production starts after your approval. A completed online design does not need a separate approval step unless you request one. Custom aircraft artwork may need additional preparation time.

If you select expedited shipping, we’ll also make reasonable efforts to produce your order sooner where possible.

Shipping: Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Returns & Refunds

Order cancellations: We guarantee a full refund when we receive your cancellation request within 2 hours of ordering, and do not begin production during that window. After 2 hours, a full refund is available if production has not begun when we receive your request. Once production begins, voluntary cancellation is not guaranteed. Every item is made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size that does not fit, or personal preferences. If your item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help. Confirmed store errors and defects are resolved at our expense, as appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unchanged. Making an item to order alone does not remove any legal right to cancel or return it; rules for genuinely personalized goods may differ from those for standard designs.
