Reliable Quality – Built to Last Made from 100% preshrunk cotton, the Gildan G500 offers durability, comfort, and long-lasting wear. This classic midweight tee is designed to hold its shape and withstand repeated washing. Printed using high-quality DTG for a clean, sharp, and long-lasting design.

🎁 Perfect Gift for Pilots A meaningful and unique choice for pilots, students, and aviation enthusiasts of all levels.

Built for those who live aviation.

Printing: We use professional Brother GTX Pro printing equipment, made in Japan, with DTG (direct-to-garment) and DTF (direct-to-film) technologies. We select the best printing method for each fabric, color, and design to achieve vibrant, detailed, long-lasting prints.

Packaging: Every T-shirt is individually packaged. Our Premium Collection features beautifully designed, premium soft-touch packaging, adding an extra special touch to every order. Our Value Collection comes in standard individual packaging.

Production & Delivery

Production: 1–5 business days once your design is ready. If you choose “Yes, send me a mockup” with Manual Personalization, production starts after your approval. A completed online design does not need a separate approval step unless you request one. Custom aircraft artwork may need additional preparation time.

Need it faster? Contact us with your order number to request rush production. We’ll check availability; faster production is not guaranteed. Contact Us

If you select expedited shipping, we’ll also make reasonable efforts to produce your order sooner where possible. Our standard production timeframe remains 1–5 business days.

Shipping: Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Shipping time is additional to production time. Delivery estimates depend on the selected service; economy services may take longer. Available services and charges are shown at checkout. Returns & Refunds

Order cancellations: We guarantee a full refund when we receive your cancellation request within 2 hours of ordering, and do not begin production during that window. After 2 hours, a full refund is available if production has not begun when we receive your request. Once production begins, voluntary cancellation is not guaranteed. Your statutory rights remain unchanged. Contact Us

Every item is made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size that does not fit, or personal preferences. If your item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help. Confirmed store errors and defects are resolved at our expense, as appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unchanged. Making an item to order alone does not remove any legal right to cancel or return it; rules for genuinely personalized goods may differ from those for standard designs.

Our 100% Customer Satisfaction Commitment means we carefully review concerns and work toward a fair solution. It is not an unconditional money-back guarantee.
