How to Order
  1. Choose your Crewneck or Hooded Sweatshirt, color, and size.
  2. Select “Send Details Now” to complete the personalization form, or simply click “Add to cart”, complete checkout, and send your personalization details later.
  3. Production takes 1–5 business days once your design is ready and any requested mockup is approved.

Choose your milestone wording and provide your airport code and name. Add your flight date, or select “Do not include a date in my design”. For a different milestone, choose “Other (Custom Text)” and tell us what you’d like.

Shipping time is additional.

Production & Delivery

Production: 1–5 business days once we have your details and your design is ready. If you choose “Yes, send me a mockup”, production starts only after your approval. If you select “No, print without approval”, we’ll proceed once your design is ready.

If you select expedited shipping, we’ll also make reasonable efforts to produce your order sooner where possible.

Shipping: Standard shipping within the continental U.S. typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Returns & Refunds

Order cancellations: We guarantee a full refund when we receive your cancellation request within 2 hours of ordering, and do not begin production during that window. After 2 hours, a full refund is available if production has not begun when we receive your request. Once production begins, voluntary cancellation is not guaranteed. Every item is made to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size that does not fit, or personal preferences. If your item is faulty, damaged or does not match your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help. Confirmed store errors and defects are resolved at our expense, as appropriate.

Your statutory rights remain unchanged. Making an item to order alone does not remove any legal right to cancel or return it; rules for genuinely personalized goods may differ from those for standard designs.
